The technical questions we get asked.

Do we need our own cloud account?

Yes — we deploy into your VPC so you own where the system lives, who can reach it, and the keys to it. We'll walk you through exactly how it's set up on the call.

Does our data get sent to a model provider?

No. The models run inside your own cloud environment, so your data doesn't leave to reach the intelligence, and it's never used to train anyone's models. We're tech-agnostic — we use whatever runs securely in your stack.

Will it integrate with the systems we already use?

That's the point. We wire into your existing CRM, accounts, document stores and inboxes rather than asking you to replace them. What's realistic is confirmed during the Prove stage.

Are you certified for handling our data?

Proofworks is Cyber Essentials certified and registered with the ICO. Because the system runs in your environment, your data stays under your own controls too.

What happens if the work changes later?

Under Run, we keep the system current as the process evolves and the tooling moves on — so it never quietly rots on an old version six months after go-live.

Do we own it, or are we renting forever?

You own the build outright on full payment. Run is an optional monthly arrangement to manage, monitor, improve and extend it — cancel anytime.
