The job is raised in your client’s CAFM, and today somebody keys it into your system by hand. Your engineer completes it once. Then somebody keys the completion back the other way. Two manual crossings per job, every job. ProofSync closes the loop in both directions: it matches on the unique reference — never a guess — maps the fields, carries the certificates across, then reads the record back to prove it landed. Anything it cannot match with certainty is raised for a person rather than assumed. And when your client’s system has no API to talk to, it signs in and works the screens your coordinator would.
